As you enter the condo using your custom door code, you'll see a door to the master bedroom right in front of you and the kitchen off to your right. You'll be blown away immediately by the view of the ocean which you can see from almost every area of the unit. As you walk through the kitchen, you'll notice the beautiful stainless steel appliances (including an icemaker), custom cabinets, and quartz countertops. There is dining for 2 at the end of the counter as well as a bar style dining table that seats 3 as you enter the living room. The living room features comfortable seating and a wall of windows with fabulous views of the beach. Crack the windows to hear the waves or exit to the balcony and relax on the Adirondack chairs to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. From the living room, there are barn doors to enter the bunkroom which is perfect for a couple kiddos including individual reading lights. The beautiful bathroom with tiled shower is accessed from either the bunk room or the master bedroom. The master has a California King size bed and coastal style chest of drawers with side chair. One side of the closet has hanging storage while the other has a stackable washer/dryer. A ceiling fan in the master along with AC units in the master and the living room ensure that you will be comfortable. Free beach service is available from Mar 15th through Oct 31st and includes 2 beach loungers and an umbrella as well as concierge service for booking excursions.

The following rules are all mandated by my condo association and are not negotiable: The minimum age to book is 25 years of age. No pets (other than licensed service animals) are allowed. Please do not hang anything (e.g. towels, clothing) from the balcony railings. No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the property except for the designated smoking area on the beach and in the northwest corner of the parking lot near the dumpster.

This is a non smoking property. Smoking is not allowed in the unit OR on the the balcony. There is an outdoor smoking area designated near the driveway at the north west corner of the property and smoking is also allowed at the benches on the beach. Please note that parking is limited at this property. Guests will receive 1 parking pass and any vehicles in the main lot without a pass will be towed. There is a gravel overflow lot for extra vehicles, but space is limited and on a first come first served basis.
